This five-day course teaches how to design, deliver, and manage HR training programs that produce measurable results. Participants learn to assess training needs, build practical curricula, deliver sessions across formats, and evaluate impact. The focus is on linking training to business priorities and improving employee performance.

1. Conduct a training needs analysis and prioritize skills gaps by role and function.
2. Design modular training curricula with clear learning outcomes, assessments, and ready-to-use materials.
3. Deliver effective instructor‑led and virtual sessions using adult-learning techniques and facilitation best practices.
4. Implement evaluation methods (including Kirkpatrick levels and basic ROI) and use data to refine programs.
